David L. Ross, Esq. 

David is the owner, founder and principal mediator of Coast 2 Coast Mediation having started the business in 2017 after receiving his Certification as a Circuit-Civil Mediator from the Florida Supreme Court.  Prior to Coast 2 Coast Mediation, David was a civil trial lawyer with his own firm, The Law Offices of David L. Ross, P.A., representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide-range of insurance related claims including personal injury/property damage, wrongful death, security negligence, as well as automobile and premises/hotel/restaurant/retail bodily injury claims.  David has received much recognition over his legal career, including selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2009-2015, and as a Super Lawyer from 2018 through 2022.  David has had many years of understanding both sides of pre-suit and litigated claims, and uses this knowledge and experience to best serve his clients on both sides of the mediation table.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing guitar, and paddle boarding as far as his board will take him. He also an avid fan of watching his oldest son play travel baseball as well as his youngest son’s boxing practices.
